We are one of the few developers in Spain building with industrialised systems: components are made in the factory, under control and to millimetre precision, and only assembled on site. None of the errors of hand-built construction, no weeks of corrections.

That is why we use timber instead of concrete: in Amura's structure and in Scala's floors.

And the home uses less month after month: energy rating A and efficient climate control, 50 to 70 % less energy.

CLT

Higher ceilings and natural timber on show: it smells good, feels warm to the touch and insulates against cold, heat and noise. The home feels cosy from day one.

less CO₂ in the atmosphere — what 530 cars emit in a year. That gas would fill a cube 110 metres on each side, longer than a football pitch. Amura's structure avoids it with 1,710 m³ of CLT timber instead of concrete.
